📷Camera access
The camera is used solely to scan documents. Images are processed on-device and never uploaded to any server.
💾 Data storage On-device only
All scanned documents and PDF files are stored locally in your app's private Documents folder. No cloud sync or external storage is used.
🌐Network usage
ProWitScanner requires no internet connection and makes no network requests of any kind.
📊Analytics & tracking
We do not use any analytics SDK, crash reporting service, or tracking tool. No data is collected about your usage.
🔒Third-party sharing
No data is shared with third parties. PDF export uses iOS's native Share Sheet — you choose where to send your file.
👤Children's privacy
This app does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13.

📸Scanning a document
- Tap Scan on the Scanner tab
- Point your camera at the document — the app auto-detects edges
- Tap the shutter button to capture the page
- Tap Keep Scan to add more pages, or Save when done
How to use
Scan pages
Tap Scan (or Add Page) to open the camera. Scan one or multiple pages in a single session.
Review & edit
Tap any page thumbnail to preview it full-screen. Use the rotate button to fix orientation, or the trash icon to remove a page.
Save to Library
Tap Save (orange) to store the PDF inside the app. Access it anytime from the Library tab.
Export / Share
Tap Export (green) to share the PDF immediately via AirDrop, Files, Mail, or any other app.
Manage Library
In the Library tab, tap a document to preview it. Use the ⋯ menu to rename, export, or delete. Swipe left to delete quickly.
Start a new document
Tap the + New button in the top-right corner of the Scanner tab to clear the current session and begin fresh.
💡Tips
- Scan in good lighting for best results
- Rename your document before saving for easy retrieval
- Swipe left on any Library item to delete quickly
